Weekly class limit
Free mentor and studio accounts include 1 scheduled session per week, from Monday to Sunday in the account timezone (UTC if none is set). Each group class, private lesson or event date counts separately across all classes and locations, including dates in drafts. Recurring schedules can run once per week on Free. Cancelled sessions do not count. Bookings within a session are unlimited. Upgrade to Pro or Premium to schedule more than 1 session in a week. Existing scheduled sessions and bookings stay in place after a downgrade; adding more sessions requires an upgrade.
Studios choose between three plans. Free costs $0, Pro is $49 a month or $499 a year, and Premium is $99 a month or $999 a year. Every plan includes the tools a small studio uses every day, with no commission on bookings and no per-instructor or per-room fees. Compare every plan on the pricing page.

Every plan, Free included
- A public studio page with your classes, locations and reviews.
- Classes, a weekly schedule and bookings, paid by card into your own Stripe account or by cash, bank transfer and the other methods you choose.
- All your locations and rooms. Two sessions can't be booked into the same room at the same time.
- Your instructor roster: invite employees and renters and decide who teaches each session.
- Renting out your space to visiting teachers, for a fee you set.
- Reviews, and a list of the clients who book with you.
Pro: $49 a month or $499 a year
Pro adds:
- Financials and expenses: see what the studio earns and spends in one place.
- Video library: sell or share class recordings. Storage and streaming are paid from prepaid video credit.
Premium: $99 a month or $999 a year
Premium includes everything in Pro.
Not available for studio accounts yet
Some features are only on teacher accounts for now: class packs, promo codes, memberships, the embed widget, online classes, calendar connections, client CSV import, the ID verified badge and boosts. Teachers who rent your space for their own classes can use these on their own teacher plan.
Paying monthly or yearly
Paying yearly costs less: $499 a year instead of $588 for Pro, and $999 instead of $1,188 for Premium.
Changing or cancelling your plan
Upgrade from /studio/settings/billing. Your new plan starts as soon as the payment goes through. To move an existing subscription between Pro and Premium, or between monthly and yearly, email support@movementors.com and we'll switch it for you.
To cancel, use Manage billing on the same page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the studio moves to Free. Your studio page, classes, roster, rooms and bookings stay.

Common questions
Which plan should my studio pick? Most small studios can start on Free. Move to Pro when you want financials and the video library. Premium currently includes the same studio tools as Pro.
Do you charge per instructor, per room or per booking? No. The plan price is flat, however many instructors or rooms you have and however busy you are.
Can I get a refund on my subscription? Subscription payments are not refunded or pro-rated, except where the law requires it. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
I also teach my own classes. Do I need a teacher account too? Only if you teach classes under your own name outside the studio. A teacher account has its own plan and bill; see teacher plans.
