We use Stripe Connect Standard accounts. You connect during onboarding; every booking direct-charges your account, and Stripe pays you on the schedule you set (daily, weekly, monthly).
You set it per studio: flexible (full refund 24h ahead), moderate (full refund 48h ahead, half from 24-48h), or strict (50% up to one week, no refund within 24h). Refunds follow your rule automatically.
Yes. Every booker is part of your studio's client roster, with notes and tags. You can export the list any time. We never use your client data for marketing.
