Yes. Free studios get a public profile, unlimited classes, direct Stripe payouts, and zero booking commission. Pro and Premium unlock photos, videos, session boosts, the embed widget, and featured placement.
We use Stripe Connect Standard accounts. You connect yours during onboarding; every booking direct-charges your account, and Stripe pays you on the schedule you set (daily, weekly, monthly).
You set it per studio: flexible (full refund 24h ahead), moderate (full refund 48h ahead, half from 24-48h), or strict (50% up to one week, no refund within 24h). Refunds follow your rule automatically.
Yes. Every booker is part of your studio's client roster, with notes and tags. You can export the list any time. We never use your client data for marketing.
Most studios finish in about twenty minutes. Onboarding has seven steps: basics, logo, bio, cancellation policy, locations, payments, review. You can save and come back to any step.

Yes. Turn on the reminders add-on in settings and add a little prepaid credit. Each reminder goes out on WhatsApp first and falls back to a plain text automatically if the client has no WhatsApp, from the same number, with a button to view or manage the booking. The studio chooses which messages send: reminders and cancellation notices are on, the booking confirmation is off until you want it. It is about ten cents each, charged to the studio, and clients can reply STOP anytime.
