Card payments land in your studio's Stripe account. Stripe takes its processing fee there, about 2.9% plus $0.30 per card payment in the US, and it varies by country. For every other method, clients see your instructions and you mark the booking paid. MoveMentors takes 0% on all of them.

Refunds follow the policy you pick for your classes

• Flexible: full refund up to 24 hours before the class.
• Moderate: full refund up to 48 hours before, then 50% back until 24 hours before.
• Strict: full refund up to 7 days before, then 50% back until 24 hours before.

No policy gives a refund inside the last 24 hours. Retreats have their own policies.

Switch on rentals for a room, set a fee per session or per hour, and choose who can book it. Visiting teachers pay the fee through Stripe, the slot lands on your calendar, and MoveMentors takes no cut of the rent.

• Invite only, an approval list, or open to any teacher who passes your minimum check.
• Set that minimum check: a confirmed email, an uploaded certificate or the Stripe ID check.
• Stripe collects the rental fee. Refunds follow your cancellation policy automatically.
• Bookings for the visiting teacher's class go to them. The rental fee goes to you.
