    Manager Tools, Reports, Client Export. CSV with name, email, phone and basic profile data.

    Sign up free, add your photo, bio, certifications, and the cities where you teach. Takes about ten minutes.

    Connect Stripe for payouts

    One-click Stripe Connect. Your existing Stripe account works if you have one. Otherwise the onboarding takes about five minutes.

    Rebuild your classes and schedule

    Add each class type once with title, description, duration, capacity, price, and cancellation policy. Recurring slots come from there.

    Import your clients via CSV

    Upload the CSV you exported in step 1. We auto-map the standard MindBody column headers (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Notes) and dedupe by email. Up to 2,000 clients per upload.

Can I migrate my MindBody clients to MoveMentors?+

Yes. Export your client list from MindBody (Manager Tools, Reports, Client Export), then upload the CSV directly from your MoveMentors mentor dashboard. How do payouts work on MoveMentors?+

MoveMentors uses Stripe Connect. Clients pay through your bookable page, the funds settle in your Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank on its standard schedule (typically 2 working days in most countries). We never sit in the middle of your money. There is no MoveMentors wallet you have to withdraw from.

What does MoveMentors not do that MindBody does?+

MoveMentors does not include retail point-of-sale, inventory management, payroll integrations, or custom-branded mobile apps. We are focused on the booking, directory, profile and payment side of running an instructor business. If you mainly need a public profile, a bookable schedule, payments and a directory listing, MoveMentors covers that without the price tag.

Is MoveMentors better for independent instructors or for studios?+

Both, but the savings curve is steepest for independent instructors and small studios. MindBody is built studio-first and tends to overcharge solo teachers who only need a fraction of the platform.
