Pilates clients almost always buy in packs (10 reformer classes, etc.). The software should sell a package, track how many sessions a client has left, and apply the credit automatically at each booking.

Can I sell session packages on MoveMentors?+
Yes. You can offer fixed-size packages (e.g. 10 sessions for $250) with an optional expiry date. The system tracks remaining sessions per client and decrements automatically at each booking. Clients see their balance on their account page.
Does it handle multiple instructors in one studio?+
Yes. The studio tier lets you list multiple instructors on the studio's profile, each with their own schedule. Clients can filter by instructor when booking.
Can I limit reformer classes to a specific machine count?+
Yes. Every class type has a max capacity field. Booking auto-closes when the spots fill. You can also set a minimum to auto-cancel a class that does not hit a threshold.
What happens when a client cancels last-minute?+
If they cancel inside the cancellation window, they are charged the no-show fee you set (or the package credit is burned). Outside the window they are refunded automatically. You set the policy per class.
Do you integrate with reformer studio rental software?+
Not currently. If you rent equipment alongside instruction, you can list rental as a separate class type with its own pricing and capacity. Direct rental software integrations are on the roadmap.
