Clients get a confirmation email and a reminder before class, and can cancel or reschedule within your policy.

Studio accounts add an instructor roster with employee and renter roles, a teacher assigned to each session, room scheduling that stops double bookings, and room rentals to visiting teachers. The pricing page shows what each studio plan includes.
Paying yearly saves 17% for teachers and 15% for studios. Card payments carry Stripe's processing fee, taken from each payment. A boost, which lists one session first in the directory until it starts, costs $5 on any plan and is not refundable.
Example setup
A four-reformer studio with three instructors
A 600 sq ft room with four reformers, three instructors and about 45 classes a week. Each class is capped at four, every session has an assigned instructor, and a visiting instructor rents the room on Sunday mornings. The studio runs on Studio Pro at $49 a month, with no commission on its bookings.
Comparing booking systems
Before you sign up for any booking system, check three things: how long the contract runs, whether it takes a cut of each booking, and what setup costs. MoveMentors has no contract, no booking commission and no setup fee, and you can set it up yourself on the free plan.

- No level filter in the directory yet. You can set a level on each class, and it shows on the class page.
- No iOS or Android app. Clients book in the browser and can add MoveMentors to their home screen.
- No payroll. Studios pay their instructors outside MoveMentors.
- Studio accounts do not sell class packs or memberships yet. Those are part of teacher plans.
Frequently asked questions
Can I cap a class at the number of reformers?
Yes. Capacity is set per session, so a four-reformer class stops taking bookings at four. When it is full, clients can join the waitlist, and a freed spot goes to the next person as a pending booking you confirm.
Can clients buy a 10-class pack?
Yes, from an instructor on Pro at $9.99 a month, or on Premium. You set the number of classes, the price and how long the pack lasts, and clients pay by card. Studio accounts do not sell class packs yet.
What happens when a client cancels late?
The class policy decides. Flexible refunds in full up to 24 hours before class. Moderate refunds in full up to 48 hours before, then half until 24 hours before. Strict refunds in full up to 7 days before, then half until 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours there is no refund, and there is no no-show fee.
Can instructors claim open sessions at my studio?
Yes. Approved instructors on your roster can claim an open session, and you can also assign an instructor to each session yourself. When an instructor leaves, you revoke their access and can pass their sessions to a successor.
Can clients book private reformer sessions?
Yes. Open hours on a room and set prices for 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Clients pick a length and a free time, the request reaches you as pending, and you confirm it and arrange payment directly.
Can I rent my studio to visiting pilates instructors?
Yes. Set a rental fee per session or per hour and choose who can book: invite only, approval of each request, or open claiming. Instructors pay the fee by card into your Stripe account, and your public studio page shows a button to request the space.
