Mentor questions
No. Zero percent on every booking, on every tier, including the free tier. We make money from the monthly subscription on paid plans, not from a cut of your work. Stripe charges its own processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30 cents) which is standard for any platform.
Real. You get a public profile, unlimited classes, direct bookings, Stripe Connect payouts at 0% commission, cancellation policies, and reviews. We show ads on free profiles and don't unlock video uploads or the verified-mentor checkmark, but you can run a working practice on the free tier indefinitely.
Through Stripe Connect. You connect either (or both) during onboarding, and from then on, students pay through your chosen processor and they pay you out on your schedule (daily, weekly, monthly). We never hold or touch the money.
Yes. Anytime. From your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your profile stays public on the free tier, so your students never see a broken booking page.

You choose which messages send: reminders and cancellation notices are on, the booking confirmation is off until you want it. It is about ten cents each, and clients can reply STOP anytime.
