Card payments land in your own Stripe account. Stripe takes its processing fee there, about 2.9% plus $0.30 per card payment in the US, and it varies by country. For every other method, students see your instructions and you mark the booking paid. MoveMentors takes 0% on all of them.

Refunds follow the policy you pick for your classes

• Flexible: full refund up to 24 hours before the class.
• Moderate: full refund up to 48 hours before, then 50% back until 24 hours before.
• Strict: full refund up to 7 days before, then 50% back until 24 hours before.

No policy gives a refund inside the last 24 hours. Retreats have their own policies.

If you teach on the road or have no room of your own, browse studios with space to rent, ask for access or claim a slot directly, and pay the rental fee through MoveMentors. Your students still book with you, and you keep 100% of what they pay.

• Filter the studio directory for rentable space in your city.
• Some studios approve each teacher first, others are open to book. It depends on the studio's house rules.
• You pay the rental fee through Stripe. Refunds follow the studio's cancellation policy.
• Your class bookings still go to your own Stripe account, with no booking commission.

  Remind students before class so the ones who never open email still show up. Each reminder goes out on WhatsApp first and falls back to a text, with a button to view the booking. You pick which messages send. $0.10 each, from prepaid credit.

• Sell your class recordings

  Upload a recording or a whole course, group your videos into a series, and set a price or make it free. Clients watch on any device from their MoveMentors account and pick up where they left off. You can also include videos in your membership, so subscribers watch at no extra cost. You keep 100% of every video sale. You only prepay a small credit for storage and streaming.

• Memberships for your regulars

  Sell weekly or monthly memberships with a set number of bookings. They renew automatically. Premium plan.

• Tipping at checkout

  Students can add a tip when they pay for a booking. The tip goes to you, with no platform cut. Free on every plan.

• Waitlists for full classes

  When a class is full, students join a waitlist. If a spot opens, the next person gets a pending spot that you confirm. Free on every plan.

• Class packs

  Sell pre-paid bundles, such as a 10-class pass valid for 90 days, that clients use up one session at a time. They pay through Stripe Checkout and the money goes straight to you. Pro plan.

• Promo codes

  Create your own discount codes for a first class, a referral or a quiet season. A percentage or a fixed amount, with a cap on how many times each one is used. Pro plan.

• Workshops and events

  Mark a class as an event to publish a day-by-day agenda and credit up to four co-hosts. Upcoming workshops are listed on the events page. Free on every plan.

• Retreats with installment payments

  Run multi-day retreats with one capacity for the whole retreat and their own cancellation tiers (90, 60 or 30 days, or your own rules). Students can pay in 2 to 6 installments, charged automatically. Premium plan.

• Retreat installment plans

  Let bookers split a retreat across 2-6 payments. The first is paid at checkout; the rest is charged to the same card automatically, with an email a few days before each charge and a receipt after it.

• Booking widget for your website

  Put your class list and booking flow on your own website with one line of code. Premium plan.

• ID verified badge

  Confirm your identity once with Stripe Identity to show the ID verified badge on your profile. Certifications you add are shown as you enter them. Pro plan.
