Private sessions let clients book a one-on-one with you at a time you have opened, without you setting up a fixed class. You choose the rooms, the hours, the lengths, and the prices.
Set it up
- Go to Private sessions in your dashboard.
- For each room you teach in, set your weekly availability: the days and hours you are open for one-on-ones. Times work on the half-hour.
- Set a price for each length you want to offer: 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Skip any length you do not want.
- Save. A Book a private session panel now appears on your public profile.
How clients book
Clients pick a room, a length, and an open time from your profile and book it themselves. The open times are your availability minus anything already on the room's calendar, so you are never double-booked. You get an email for every booking, and the client gets a confirmation.
Payment
Nothing is charged when a client books. The session arrives as pending in your bookings, and you confirm it and arrange payment with the client directly, using the methods you already accept. It works just like an off-platform class booking.
Teaching at a studio
If the room belongs to a studio, the studio switches private booking on for it first. Once they do, your availability and prices there become bookable. At your own locations, you are always eligible.
Splitting a day
You can open more than one block on the same day. If you teach mornings and late afternoons but not midday, add one window for 9:00 to 12:00 and another for 2:00 to 5:00 on the same day; the gap in between simply isn't offered. Use the add-window button to add as many blocks as you need.
