Weekly class limit
Free mentor and studio accounts include 1 scheduled session per week, from Monday to Sunday in the account timezone (UTC if none is set). Each group class, private lesson or event date counts separately across all classes and locations, including dates in drafts. Recurring schedules can run once per week on Free. Cancelled sessions do not count. Bookings within a session are unlimited. Upgrade to Pro or Premium to schedule more than 1 session in a week. Existing scheduled sessions and bookings stay in place after a downgrade; adding more sessions requires an upgrade.
Teachers choose between three plans. Free costs $0, Pro is $9.99 a month or $99 a year, and Premium is $19.99 a month or $199 a year. There is no commission on any plan: what your clients pay goes to you, minus Stripe's card fee when they pay by card. Compare every plan on the pricing page.

Free
Free is a real plan, not a trial. You can teach on it for as long as you like:
- Free includes your public profile, 1 scheduled session per week, unlimited bookings within that session, waitlists and 0% commission.
- Card payments into your own Stripe account, plus cash, bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and the other methods you choose.
- Waitlists, pay-what-you-can pricing and tips.
- Your client list, including importing past clients from a CSV file.
- Calendar connections, and boosts for the sessions you want to fill.
Free profiles can show ads.
Pro: $9.99 a month or $99 a year
Pro is for teachers who teach every week and want the business tools:
- Financials and expenses. See what you earn and spend, and export your earnings to CSV for your accountant.
- Class packs and group packages. Sell bundles of classes up front (Stripe required).
- Promo codes. Up to 5 active codes at a time.
- Online classes. Teach on Google Meet or Zoom; each confirmed booking gets its own join link.
- ID verified badge. Verify your identity with Stripe so students see the badge next to your name.
- Video library. Sell or share recordings and keep 100% of sales. Storage and streaming are paid from prepaid video credit.
- No ads on your profile, and room for more photos and videos.
Premium: $19.99 a month or $199 a year
Everything in Pro, plus:
- Memberships. Sell recurring plans to your regulars that renew automatically (Stripe required).
- Embed widget. Put your schedule and booking on your own website with one snippet. See the embed widget reference.
- Retreats. Sell multi-day retreats, with optional payment plans of 2 to 6 payments.
- More promo codes. Up to 50 active codes.
Paying monthly or yearly
Yearly billing saves 17%, about two months free: $99 a year instead of $119.88 for Pro, and $199 instead of $239.88 for Premium.
Changing or cancelling your plan
Upgrade from /mentor/settings/billing. Your new plan starts as soon as the payment goes through. To switch an existing subscription between Pro and Premium, or between monthly and yearly, email support@movementors.com and we'll move it for you.
To cancel, use Manage billing on the same page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your profile, classes, bookings and client list stay.

Common questions
Is there a free trial of Pro or Premium? No. The Free plan lets you set up and take bookings without paying anything, so you can try MoveMentors before you upgrade.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Subscription payments are not refunded or pro-rated, except where the law requires it. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you take a commission on my bookings? No, on every plan. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its usual processing fee.
What does a boost cost? $5 per session, on any plan. A boost shows your session first in the classes directory until it starts, and it is not refundable.
