Retreats are multi-day experiences sold as one booking that covers the whole arc. They're a Premium-plan feature, and they are the only listings that can offer a payment plan of 2 to 6 payments (see Installment payments).
Examples: a five-night retreat in Tulum, a week-long teacher training, a three-day deep dive at a mountain studio.
Where to create one
Retreats → Create retreat in the sidebar. The form pre-locks the kind to Retreat, so the kind picker is hidden.
Capacity
In the Capacity section, set Whole-arc capacity: one cap across the whole retreat, because each booking covers every day. The public spots-left counter counts against it.
For most retreats, set it to the number of beds. That's the bottleneck. Always fill it in: the retreat form has no other capacity field.
Cancellation policy
Pick one of four tiers:

The first three show bookers a clear refund table on your retreat page. Custom replaces the table with your own policy text (up to 2,000 characters).
Cancelling a booking doesn't send money back by itself. For card payments you issue the refund from your Stripe Dashboard; see Refunds.
Agenda
Same shape as an event but typically multi-day. Set the day number (1, 2, 3...) and a few blocks per day. Bookers see the full arc before they commit.
