You can book classes for the people you look after, your kids, your partner, or anyone in your household, without creating a separate account for each of them. Everyone lives on your account, under one login and one payment method.
Add a family member
- Go to Settings → Family members.
- Choose Add member.
- Enter their name. Optionally add a relationship (e.g. "Daughter"), date of birth, whether they are a minor, and any notes for the mentor (an injury, an accessibility need).
- Save.
You can add up to 25 members and edit or remove them at any time.
Book for a family member
When you book a class while signed in, you will see a "Who is this for?" picker. Choose yourself or any family member on your roster, and complete the booking as normal. Payment still comes from your account.
The mentor sees the actual attendee's name on their roster, so they know who is showing up to class, while the booking and the receipt stay with you.
Notes for mentors are visible
Anything you put in a member's notes (for example "knee injury, prefers the front of the room") is shown to the mentor for bookings made under that member. It is a handy way to share what matters without an extra email.
Removing a member
Removing a member takes them off your booking picker. Their past bookings stay intact, so the mentor's records and your history are unaffected.
