Empieza arriba, baja. Mayoría de issues tienen una de estas causas.
1. Credenciales mal
Más común. Verifica:
- Email correcto. Algunos tienen múltiples y olvidan cuál usaron al signup. No te decimos cuál es wrong (security).
- Password case-sensitive. Watch caps lock.
Si correcto y "Invalid credentials": next.
2. Email no verificado
Signed up but never clicked confirmation. Form muestra "Email not verified".
Fix:
- Abre email de
support@movementors.comtitled "Confirm your email". - Click link.
- Try login again.
No en inbox? Check spam. Link expira 24h; email soporte para fresh.
3. Browser extension blocking
Form depends:
- JavaScript enabled.
- Cookies allowed.
- No extension stripping headers.
Common culprits:
- Privacy Badger / Ghostery / DDG Privacy Essentials.
- uBlock con custom filters.
- VPN extensions.
Test: Private / Incognito window. Si works, extension issue.
4. Rate-limited
Wrong password muchas veces → throttle 15 min. Form muestra "Too many attempts".
Wait 15. Throttle per-IP y per-email. Shared IP + alguien brute-forcing → caught.
5. Página solo reloads sin error
Session cookie no being set. Causes:
- Third-party cookies blocked (we use first-party).
- Stale cache. Hard-refresh.
- Corporate proxy strips Set-Cookie. Try personal device.
6. Cuenta suspended / banned
Verás "This account has been suspended" en lugar de "invalid credentials".
If wrong, reply suspension email. Appeals en 5 días hábiles.
7. Cuenta no existe
Email correcto pero no signup: same "Invalid credentials". No diferenciamos por security.
Try distinto email. People often work email at signup y forget.
8. Password reset
Forgot password: ver logging in and resetting. No self-serve yet; email soporte.
9. Múltiples cuentas mismo email
No puedes. If tried mentor signup con mismo email de student account, second silently failed o error.
If think multiple accounts, email soporte.
10. Site down
Rare. Status en status.movementors.com.
If puedes cargar other pages but not login, no es site-wide; uno de above.
Stuck
Email support@movementors.com con:
- Email trying con.
- Descripción (exact error o "page reloads").
- Screenshots.
- Browser + OS.
