Your Financials dashboard already shows your earnings, expenses, and trends as charts. When you need the raw numbers, for an accountant, your own bookkeeping, or tax time, you can export the underlying bookings as a CSV.
Financials and CSV export are available on Pro and Premium plans.
How to export
- Go to Financials.
- Pick the time window you want (last 30 days, year to date, a custom range, and so on).
- Choose Export CSV.
You get a spreadsheet covering every booking whose session falls in that window.
What's in the file
One row per booking, with:
- Session date and class title
- Attendee name (and "booked by" when the booking was made for a family member)
- Student email and booking status
- Party size
- Amount and tip, with currency
- Payment method, and whether it has been marked paid
- When the booking was made
The file opens cleanly in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets, including accented names. From there you can total, filter, or hand it straight to your accountant.
