About this class

We’ll slow down, move gently, stretch, breathe, soak up the sunset, and leave feeling recharged. Meet us on the sand at 3rd St, between the volleyball courts and the ocean. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel, layers for the ocean breeze, and a water.
