About Melissa

I offer private and semi-private classes that are custom tailored to your specific needs. I love to incorporate elements of strength, mobility, balance work, and cardio…my classes are never boring and always a little different. Grab your best friends, your partner, or I can help find you a spot in one of my open group classes!
