An evening under the starry sky with movement, & an immersive sound experience. Join us for an intimate evening We'll begin with gentle movement and breath guided by Glendeline. Continued with a 40 min sound bath guided by Desiree of Sonic Aura. A deeply immersive experience. Afterward, we’ll slowly return with guided journaling , followed by refreshments, and time for community and connection. Arrival: 6:30 PM Experience begins: 6:45 PM Please bring: Your yoga mat. For extra comfort during the sound bath, we recommend bringing a small pillow and/or light blanket. Spaces are limited. Registration is required.

I'm Glendeline, a certified yoga teacher and holistic health coach based on Aruba. I create spaces where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Through breath led movement, mindful vinyasa, and moments of stillness, I guide practices that help release tension, calm the nervous system, and bring you into the present moment.
