This class with be a beginner Pilates Class for the entire body. I am a Pilates Instructor who has been a Physical Therapist for over 25 years. I teach traditional Pilates exercises and have developed my own unique style of teaching. I teach Pilates from a prehab perspective because I have experienced various joint issues over the years due to multijoint instability. I have also been a dancer since the age of 6. This led me to develop KhoreoPils for group classes and home exercises. They are Pilates based movement sequences to help people move with more body awareness in a fun way. KhoreoPIls (KPils) help motivate you to exercise daily because they are short. Currently I strength train, dance and teach salsa and I personaly understand the importance of guided, consistent and focused full body conditioning, especially Pilates, in keeping your body strong and capable of doing the things you love.
